Within the combat training plan of the Pacific Fleet coastal troops during winter season tactical training with combat firing started in the Marine brigade.
The firing exercise is held on several training fields, where the Marines conduct practice firing automatic weapons and machine guns, sniper rifles and armed personnel carrier armament.
During the exercise the combined arms operations in combat-like field conditions are practiced. Over the whole period of field training, more than a thousand servicemen shall take part in it; over 100 items of combat and special hardware will be involved.
