Sealed t enders are invited from t he bonafide, eligible and qualified bidders for procurement of 01( 0ne) SO"LED Television Set for t he official use in this M inist ry. The firm should be in a position t o supply t he said item t o t he Minist ry on any weekday.

1. The properly sealed quot at ions superscribed as "Quot at ion for supply of "01( One) LED Television Set of 80" addressed t o 'US(Admn.), M inist ry of Coal, Room No. 321-A, Shast ri Bhawan, New Delhi - 110001' should be dropped in t he t ender box mount ed on t he wall of Garage No. 21 latest by 3.00 P.M on or before 31.01.2017. Quot at ions received aft er t he st ipulated time will not be ent ert ained at all. The quot at ions will be opened on t he same day at 4.00pm.

Tender for 80" LED Television Set

LED Television Set must be of commercial cat egory having capabilit y of operat ing 24 hours or at least 18 hours per day const antly.

LED Television Set should have High Definit ion Resolut ion Display

LED Television Set should have adequat e USB out and RJ 45 connect ivity.

LED Television Set shall have maximum Energy St ars rat ing (Lat est Rat ing)

LED Television should have ext ended onsit e warrant y of minimum 3 years and shall have wall mount ing facilit y.

The quot ed price should also clearly indicat e det ails of t axes et c., if any, ot herwise it will be presumed t hat t he quot ed price is inclusive of all t axes.

4 . The firms are required t o furnish t he following document s along wit h t he Tender failing which, t heir bids will be summarily reject ed.

1. Complet e Address t elephone Number of t he firm, including cont act person.

2. PAN Number, TIN Number, VAT Regist rat ion, Valid Trade Licence

3. EM D of Rs. 10,000/ - in favour of Pay and Account officer, M inist ry of Coal.

v) The firms should have at least 3 years experience of supply of such items in ot her Cent ral Govt . Minist ries/Depart ments.

v) Complet e Cat alogue for t he Television Set model being quot ed.

1. Any quot at ions received wit hout t he proof of document s ment ioned above will be summarily reject ed. During t he period of t he warranty/guaranty of above said items it will be responsibilit y of t he company t o keep t he equipment in perfect working order. The repair work will have t o be carried out by t he firm during t he period of warrant y/Guarant ee.

2. The firm also needs t o submit performance securit y of 5% of order value aft er placing t he order.

3. Conditional t enders received will not be ent ert ained at all.

4. This M inist ry reserves t he right t o accept or reject in whole or in-part any or all t he quot at ions wit hout assigning any reasons what soever.
