Nathan T. Anderson is a member in the firm’s Dallas, Texas office. Anderson focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and consumer financial litigation. He received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2007, cum laude, and his B.B.A. from Texas A & M University in 2001.
Brad J. Axelrod is a member in the firm’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. Axelrod focuses on business transactions, private equity and venture capital finance, complex business restructurings, and corporate matters. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1988 and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985.
Steven T. Holmes is a member in the firm’s Dallas, Texas office. Holmes is a litigator, focusing on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, consumer financial services and general commercial litigation. He received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1995 and his B.S. from Indiana University in 1992.
Heather LaSalle Alexis is a member in the firm’s New Orleans, Louisiana office. Alexis practices in the firm’s commercial litigation section with a focus on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial disputes and consumer finance litigation. She received her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2007, cum laude, and her B.A. from Louisiana State University in 1998.
Eugene Terk is a member in the firm’s New Orleans, Louisiana office. Terk handles general litigation with particular emphasis on the defense of product liability matters. He also has extensive experience in intellectual property law. He received his J.D. from Tulane Law School in 2000, cum laude, and his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1995.
