On behalf of the Board of Directors of FSBM, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated today, approved the extension of time to despatch the main circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposals within five (5) market days from the receipt of clearance of the independent advice letter on the Proposed Exemption.
