EarthTronics, dedicated to developing innovative energy efficient lighting products that provide a positive economic and environmental impact for its customers, announced today the addition of Leroy Herring, Jr., who has extensive business and sales development experience in the lighting industry. Appointed Midwest Regional Sales Manager, Herring has helped large and small corporations navigate through tremendous business growth. As a result, Herring will be responsible for directing commercial sales through manufacturers rep agencies, electrical distribution, lighting showrooms, ESCOs, contractors and national accounts.

We will utilize his expertise to recruit, hire and train manufacturers rep agencies to support our commercial business network.”

In his managerial roles prior to joining EarthTronics, Herring collaborated with agents, distributors, specifiers, contractors and commercial customers to increase sales for Venture Lighting, Twinsburg, Ohio. Herring also managed tremendous sales growth and market penetration across 13 states for Technical Consumer Products, Inc., Aurora, Ohio. In addition, as a sales rep for Philips Lighting, Chicago, he coordinated education programs, which enhanced customer satisfaction and increased sales.

Herring has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Chicago State University, Chicago, Ill. and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Wright Junior College, Chicago, Ill.
