VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT ON BUSINESS UPDATE

This is a voluntary announcement made by Li Bao Ge Group Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") to inform its shareholders and potential investors of the latest business development of the Group.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to announce that a new restaurant named "LA MAISON D' ELEPHANT (൥܊)" (the "New Restaurant") which is located at Ping An International Finance Centre, Futian District, Shenzhen, China, is expected to be opened in January 2018.

The Group, through establishing the New Restaurant which will specialise in serving Thai cuisine, wishes to diversify its restaurant business and customer base as well as to expand its market share in the Mainland China. The relevant funding for the New Restaurant will be satisfied by the Group's internal resources.
