"Kornit's customers have been highly receptive of the Kornit Avalanche Hexa," explains Guy Zimmerman, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Kornit Digital. "The market has continued to demand the highest speed printers and richest, most vibrant color outputs for their customers' branding needs, and this machine offers the best solution in the industry."

The Kornit Avalanche Hexa is part of Kornit's existing Kornit Avalanche product family, designed for high speed, excellent print quality and low cost. Equipped with 20 Spectra Polaris TM print heads with 256 nozzles each, the Kornit Avalanche Hexa can command up to a 23.5 x 35 inch print area for XXL garments and cut pieces at an astonishing rate. The Kornit Avalanche Hexa includes an unprecedented six color channels plus white, for a wider gamut and improved spot color handling. Users can easily reproduce the true colors of licensed sports teams and accurately match corporate logos with fiery reds, warm yellows, deep blues and greens, vivid purples and many more.

"We have been waiting for a digital printing solution that can offer us the perfect oranges, greens and blues that our customers require for their brands and logos," says Jay Butterfield, owner of Silk Screen Ink Ltd., "We've successfully operated several machines in the Avalanche series due to their speed and quality, and now we have the best colors with the Kornit Avalanche Hexa."

With the NeoPigment TM process, Kornit users benefit from the advantages of pigment ink while avoiding its drawbacks. NeoPigment TM meets the highest environmental regulations, including Oeko-Tex Standard 100, GOTS V3.0, and offers increased efficiency over dye-based formulations. Suitable for printing on multiple fabric types, its versatility is unmatched. Additionally, NeoPigment TM prints have an excellent hand feel, a wide gamut of bright and intense colors, as well as long-term durability and washfastness. Lastly, NeoPigment TM significantly reduces printing time and production cost as compared to solutions that require pre-treatment.

At ISS booth 1747, Kornit will also exhibit the recently launched Kornit Avalanche 1000 and longstanding Kornit Breeze. The new Kornit Avalanche 1000 operates with 24 CMYK plus white Spectra Polaris TM print heads with 256 nozzles per head, making it the fastest direct-to-garment printer in its sector, and the fastest one ever delivered by Kornit. The single-pallet Kornit Breeze has been engineered to combine high-end technology and performance with affordable printing cost.

All of Kornit's direct-to-garment and textile decoration solutions are available globally through a network of specialized resellers located via the company's regional offices in the US, Germany and Hong Kong.
