Pursuant to Article 19. Paragraph 3 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse. Končar - Electrical Industry Inc. (hereinafter: the Issuer), notifies on transaction conducted by person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Issuer.

Marina Kralj Miliša, Director of Legal Department from Zagreb, notifies on disposal of 200 shares of Končar - Electrical Industry Inc., ticker: KOEI-R-A. Shares were disposed as at 22th January 2020 in Zagreb on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
