Kathleen Rhine Appointed to Kish Bancorp Board

STATE COLLEGE, PA - January 24, 2019 - William P. Hayes, Chairman and CEO of Kish Bank and Kish Bancorp, has announced that Kathleen Rhine has been appointed to the Kish Bank and Kish Bancorp Boards of Directors. Rhine is President and CEO of Mount Nittany Health, where she has served since January 2017. With more than 25 years in healthcare leadership, Rhine possesses a robust portfolio of experience that includes health system operations, service line development, physician alignment and growth, and corporate services, including human resources, IT, corporate communications, marketing, performance improvement, and organizational development.

Rhine has an extensive background in healthcare leadership, having held executive positions at several hospitals and health systems, including the Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she served as Chief Operating Officer for two of its hospitals. Before her move to Mount Nittany Health, she served as Regional President and CEO of Presence Health, based in Chicago, Illinois, where she held other executive-level positions during her six-year tenure, including System Chief Administrative Officer, System Chief Transformation Officer, and System Senior Vice President, Patient and Family-Centered Care.

Rhine earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Planning and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
