Edens Corporate Center has long been recognized as an outstanding office property in the suburban Chicago market that consistently attracts today’s top tenants, according to Dan Park, asset manager for the property and senior vice president for KBS.

“KBS’ diligent oversight, combined with the superior property management skills of the NAI Hiffman team, have consistently placed Edens Corporate Center on the short list of the most desirable office properties for tenants seeking space in the suburban Chicago market,” says Park. “It is no surprise that this asset is yet again receiving such positive accolades from BOMA Suburban Chicago.”

According to Elizabeth O’Connor, senior property manager at NAI Hiffman, KBS has worked with NAI Hiffman to manage and lease the Edens complex since the company purchased the building in 2015, maintaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction rates throughout the tenure.

“KBS has demonstrated pride of ownership by proactively supporting renovations and upgrades to improve the building experience for tenants and visitors, and to bolster leasing efforts,” says Carrie Szarzynski, Director of Management Services at NAI Hiffman. “The Hiffman team has worked tirelessly on behalf of KBS to elevate the property to cement its status as one of the premier office facilities in the Chicago suburbs. It has been integral in executing those plans and ensuring seamless, high-quality day-to-day building maintenance and operations. Additionally, the team maintained its robust schedule of activities and ramped up communication efforts and building best practices to address and meet the unique challenges of 2020.”

KBS’ recent improvement to Edens Corporate Center include newly renovated common areas, an outdoor patio, a bike-share program, a yoga facility, a grab-n-go dining area and much more.

Edens Corporate Center is composed of two, four-story buildings situated on an 8-acre Northbrook campus. Tenant amenities include underground parking, a tenant lounge, and conference and training facilities. The property is located less than 30 miles from downtown Chicago, just west of Skokie Boulevard, and less than a quarter mile from I-94.

Edens Corporate Center is located at 630-650 Dundee Road in Northbrook, Illinois.
