Harris County Commissioners Court and Houston City Council will meet in joint session to appoint the Chairman of the Port Commission of the Port of Houston Authority of Harris County, Texas and Chairman of the Board of Pilot Commissioners for Harris County Ports.

The virtual meeting will be held Monday, Jan. 11 at 1:00 PM.
