Wayne Bank Promotes Gerald Arnese to Assistant Vice President

Honesdale, Pa - Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of

Wayne Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Gerald Arnese to Assistant

Vice President.

According to Mr. Critelli, "Jerry has demonstrated strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. He continually provides exceptional service to our customers, and his hard work and dedication have contributed to the growth

Jerry joined the Bank in December of 2013 as the Resource Recovery

Officer and currently serves as the Installment Lending Officer in the Centralized

Lending Department. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management

from Marywood University and has over 23 years of banking experience. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys working on home improvement projects and watching his two daughters participate in their respective sports.
