Wayne Bank Promotes Julie Kuen to Vice President

Honesdale, Pa - Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of

Wayne Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Julie Kuen to Vice

President.

According to Mr. Critelli, "It is with great pleasure that I announce this promotion. Julie is an indispensable member of the Wayne Bank management

team and is highly deserving of this special recognition. She provides leadership for our retail operations and marketing departments, and is dedicated and conscientious in that role. I look forward to her ongoing contributions to the success of our organization."

Julie joined the Bank in September of 1997 and has held several titles in customer service and operations during that time, including Electronic Banking

Manager. She currently serves as the Retail Operations and Marketing

Manager. Julie resides in Honesdale with her boyfriend, Andrew, and enjoys baking and gardening in her free time.
