"With Fuad's experience in Public Accounting, as a consultant to major U.S. multinational companies, and with his in-house corporate tax experience with Fortune 200 companies, he is in a strong position to work closely with the tax executives of multinational organizations and help them through these uncertain times," says Ian Boccaccio, partner and co-founder of WTP Advisors.

Many companies may face the need to restructure foreign operations because of coming tax legislation and the generally more restrictive tax planning environment in which they now operate.

"Together with the quantitative skills that the WTP tax team is known for, we can help deliver extraordinary value to multinational companies, and shepherd complex tax or transfer pricing projects through the organization in a cost-effective, integrated manner, with the attention of seasoned professionals with many years of multinational consulting experience," says Saba.

Corporations around the world are facing increasing uncertainty regarding the international tax playing field in 2014:

-- Prospects for meaningful tax reform in the U.S. are still a ways off,
while the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)
has launched its Anti-Base Erosion and Profit Shifting initiative
        (BEPS).
-- BEPS is likely to result in many tax law changes in both developed and
developing countries that are concerned with preserving the integrity of
        their tax base.
-- The OECD is re-evaluating the taxation of business restructuring
transactions and the taxation of intangibles (including transactions in
the cloud) and also revisiting fundamental transfer pricing principles.
-- At the same time, non-OECD countries (such as the BRICS) are working to
protect their revenue base with new tax and transfer pricing principles
that are not always consistent with those of the OECD. This lack of
uniformity amongst countries will create more opportunities for tax
audit conflicts as well as double taxation.

"WTP's specialists are skilled at evaluating complex fact patterns and transactions to create tax and transfer pricing planning opportunities. We are also very effective at communicating complicated tax rules in understandable terms for various audiences," says Saba, whose experience includes large project management as well as traditional tax and transfer pricing disciplines.

Saba was drawn to WTP Advisors because of the firm's mission and brand, which was built to bring value-added services to the client by staffing each project with more experienced professionals per project than its competitors, a quality which distinguishes it in the marketplace and has drawn widespread recognition to the firm for its rapid growth and successful business model. WTP Advisors made the Inc. 500|5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies in 2011, 2012, and 2013, and was named a 'Small Jewel' of the consulting world by Consulting magazine. Fortune magazine also ran a story on WTP Advisors, pitting it against Big Four accounting firm rival, PwC in its 'David vs. Goliath' column.
