INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Jan. 20, 2017) - The Indiana Soybean Alliance (ISA) and the Indiana Corn Marketing Council (ICMC) are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Public Affairs Program Manager. This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Public Affairs and managing the communications and membership activities of Indiana Corn Growers Association (ICGA) and the policy arm of Indiana Soybean Alliance.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an equivalent of the following education and/or experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience and working knowledge directly related to duties and responsibilities.

ISA is a farmer-led board that is responsible for investing Indiana's soybean checkoff funds for the state of Indiana. ICMC is a farmer-led board that is responsible for investing Indiana's corn checkoff funds. ICGA is a farmer-led board that is responsible for representing Indiana corn farmers' policy needs. Program areas include biofuels, livestock, new uses, communications, aquaculture, grain marketing, and production and environment. ISA, ICMC and ICGA are independent organizations led by separate boards but managed by a shared staff.
