The board (the "Board") of the directors (the "Directors") of Huayu Expressway Group Limited (the "Company") announces that Ms. Mao Hui ("Ms. Mao") has tendered her resignation as executive Directors of the Company with effect from 4 June 2013.
Ms. Mao resigned as executive Director of the Company in order to devote more time to her respective personal businesses.
Ms. Mao has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters with respect to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to Ms. Mao for her valuable contributions to the Company during her tenure of office.
