DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR
Reference is made to the announcement dated 30 November 2015 (the ''Announcement'') of China Innovative Finance Group Limited (the ''Company'') in relation to the Acquisition which constitutes a major transaction of the Company under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.
As disclosed in the Announcement, the circular containing, among other things, further details of the Acquisition and the notice of the SGM (the ''Circular''), will be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 31 January 2016.
As additional time is required to conduct financial due diligence and valuation on the Target Group and finalise certain information including financial information to be included in the Circular, the despatch date of the Circular will be further postponed to on or before 29 February 2016.
