HansaMatrix : expands into Sweden

Latvian EMS group HansaMatrix with its main markets in Germany, Finland and Latvia now makes a strategic expansion opening a Sales Office in Stockholm.

Morgan Högberg is announced to be a Business Development Director for the Swedish market.

HansaMatrix, listed on Nasdaq Baltics main list (HMX1R), has been one of the most stable EMS companies in recent years with a steady organic growth and strong finances to develop its services. HansaMatrix offers product design, industrializing and complete manufacturing services within Data Networking, Internet of Things, Industrial, Medical and Military segments and other high value business sectors. In addition to integrated manufacturing services of OEM products, HansaMatrix also offers an ODM business model to both startup and established companies that seek product development partnership.

HansaMatrix has engineering and manufacturing sites in Marupe (suburb of Riga), Ogre and Ventspils, Latvia with key competences in the state of the art PCBA production, metal parts production for optical products and box build. R&D arm of a group has 25 engineer team with experienced engineers in electronics, imaging and light optics and mechanics. Company's operation has been certified to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485 (medical devices).

Now HansaMatrix makes a strategic expansion opening Sales Office in Stockholm, Sweden where Morgan Högberg will take the role as a Business Development Director. Morgan Högberg has an extensive background working more than 20 years with Business Development within the Contract Manufacturing market. Mr. Morgan has worked with business growth strategies in similar roles at international EMS companies Enics, Hanza and HSF Group among others. 2018 is expected to be a productive year with a revenue exceeding 20 MEUR and in addition to entering new markets, HansaMatrix is also expanding the factory in Ventspils with injection molded plastics production unit that will run factory tests this year and be in the full production by 2019. By 2020 HansaMatrix estimates its gross revenue to reach 30 MEUR with a sustained EBITDA between 12-15%.
