FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2017

Genoa, 25 January 2017 - Banca CARIGE S.p.A., pursuant to art. 2.6.2, para. 1 b) of the "Regulations for Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.", announces the following financial calendar for 2017:

Friday, 10 FEBRUARY	Board of Directors' Meeting for approval of the Banca CARIGE Group's preliminary results for the year 2016
Tuesday, 28 FEBRUARY	Board of Directors' Meeting for approval of the draft Separate 2016 Full-Year Report and of the Banca CARIGE Group's Consolidated 2016 Full-Year Report
Tuesday, 28 MARCH	Shareholders' Meeting for approval of the Separate 2016 Full-Year Report
Tuesday, 9 MAY	Board of Directors' Meeting for approval of the additional periodic financial disclosure as at 31 March 2017
Friday, 4 AUGUST	Board of Directors' Meeting for approval of the Half-Year Report as at 30 June 2017
Tuesday, 7 NOVEMBER	Board of Directors' Meeting for approval of the additional periodic financial disclosure as at 30 September 2017

Having regard to the amendments to Consob Issuers' Regulations following the introduction of article 82-ter (Consob Resolution no. 19770 of 26/10/2016), effective as of 2 January 2017, and taking account of Recommendation no. 83 of 02/01/2017 by Borsa Italiana, Banca Carige hereby announces that it intends to publish, on a voluntary basis, additional periodic financial disclosures as at 31 March and 30 September of each financial year, which - in addition to a press release and an explanatory presentation - will include an information document (former "Interim Financial Report") approved by the Board of Directors, in line with past practice.
