(Stock Code: 2700)Reference is made to the announcement of Green International Holdings Limited (the "Company'') dated 17 December 2015 in respect of the proposed issue of Convertible Bonds under the General Mandate (the "Announcement''). Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
Pursuant to the terms of the Subscription Agreement, Completion shall take place on or before 18 January 2016.
Since the condition precedent to the Subscription Agreement was not yet fulfilled on 18 January 2016, the Company and the Subscriber agreed that Completion shall be postponed to take place on or before 18 February 2016.
Save for the above, the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement remain unchanged in all respects. The Company will make further announcements to update Shareholders as to the status of Completion as and when appropriate.
