NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Goldway Education Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Tuesday, 13 February 2018, for the purposes of, inter alia, approving the unaudited quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended 31

December 2017 and considering the payment of a dividend, if any.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive Directors are Mr. Cheung Lick Keung and Ms. Chan Hoi Ying Karina; the non-executive directors are Mr. Tsang Hin Man Terence and Ms. Wong Yi Ling; and the independent non-executive Directors are Mr. Chan Hoi Keung Terence, Mr. Sek Ngo Chi and Mr. Ho Kin.
