Fitch Ratings has withdrawn its ratings for the following bonds due to prerefunding activity:

-- Broward County Educational Facilities Authority (FL) (Nova Southeastern University) educational facilities revenue bonds series 2004A (all maturities);

-- Broward County Educational Facilities Authority (FL) (Nova Southeastern University) educational facilities revenue bonds series 2004B (all maturities);

-- Frenship Independent School District (TX) unlimited tax refunding & school building bonds series 2004 (all maturities);

-- Frenship Independent School District (TX) unlimited tax school building bonds series 2005 (all maturities);

-- New York City (NY) general obligation bonds series fiscal 2004I (refunded with new CUSIPs assigned).
