Suemnicht receives promotion at Bank First

MANITOWOC, WI - January 9, 2013 - First Manitowoc Bancorp, Inc. ( OTCQB: FMWC), parent company of Bank First, announces the promotion of Brandon Suemnicht to the position of business banking representative at the Bank's Sheboygan office. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing business banking relationships, continued credit analysis, and business development activities. Suemnicht began his career in 2011 at the Bank's Oshkosh office as an intern and then as a credit analyst.
Suemnicht received his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. Involved in the community, he has volunteered his time at the Oshkosh Community YMCA and at UW-Oshkosh. In spring he plans to volunteer at the Sheboygan Falls YMCA, as well as join the Sheboygan Coastal Connections.
