FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER AND FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2017

OUE Commercial REIT Management Pte. Ltd., as manager of OUE Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust ("OUE C-REIT", and the manager of OUE C-REIT, the "Manager"), wishes to announce that the unaudited financial results of OUE C-REIT for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31 December 2017, will be released after trading hours on Wednesday, 31 January 2018.
