Jeff Devine has been named a senior vice president in the Retail Payments Office (RPO), announced Dennis Lockhart, president and chief executive officer of the Atlanta Fed. Lockhart also announced that Dan Baum has been named a vice president in the RPO, Evette Jones and Ken Wilcox have been named vice presidents in the operations and administrative services division (OAS), and Reginald Chever has been named assistant vice president in the district business continuity and records and information management departments.

Devine joined the New Orleans Branch in 1985 and held various managerial positions of increasing responsibility across several functions. In 2002 he transferred to Atlanta as an assistant vice president over district financial sales before transferring to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in 2007 as a vice president in the customer relations and support office. Devine returned to the Atlanta Fed in 2010 as a vice president in the OAS function with responsibility for District facilities, law enforcement, records and event management services. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Florida State University and has completed executive education curriculum at Pennsylvania State University.

Baum began working as a check processing supervisor in 1996 for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Following several promotions, he transferred to Atlanta in 2005 as a director in the RPO product development group. Since 2012, Baum has served as an assistant vice president leading the product development group with revenue responsibility for the check and ACH product lines. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Baltimore and a master of business administration from Johns Hopkins University.

Jones joined the New Orleans Branch in 1987 and held various management positions before becoming assistant vice president with responsibility for the Branch payment services check operations in 2000. In 2005, she joined the Atlanta office in check operations before becoming assistant vice president of cash operations in 2007. While maintaining her Atlanta cash responsibilities, she also served as the interim branch manager in New Orleans for more than a year. Jones has made substantial contributions to the Bank's diversity and inclusion efforts and is currently participating in an OMWI assignment in addition to her current responsibilities. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Xavier University in New Orleans. She also completed the executive development program at Pennsylvania State University.

Wilcox joined the Jacksonville Branch in 1991 and served in various management roles in payment services before being promoted to financial services director. In 2006, he transferred to the Atlanta office, where he was responsible for reconcilement, settlement and District technical operations and was promoted to assistant vice president shortly afterward. Wilcox assumed responsibility for the Atlanta law enforcement department in 2009 and for the facilities building operations and district business continuity functions in 2010. He became a credentialed Federal Reserve police officer in 2010. Wilcox earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. He has completed executive leadership programs at Duke University and Columbia University.

Chever joined the Jacksonville Branch in 1997 and transferred to the Atlanta office in 2004. He has served in leadership roles of increasing responsibility in cash services, human resources, law enforcement, and corporate communications and planning. Chever joined the business continuity department in 2007 and was promoted to director in 2012. He is the vice chair of the District business continuity steering committee, serves on various Bank groups and, at the System level, is the secretary of the Federal Reserve System's subcommittee on business continuity. He has made significant contributions to District and System initiatives on preparedness and resilience. Chever earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from American Intercontinental University and is pursuing a master's degree in business administration. He also obtained a designation as certified business continuity professional.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta serves the Sixth Federal Reserve District, which encompasses Alabama, Florida, Georgia and sections of Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. As part of the nation's central banking system, the Atlanta Fed participates in setting national monetary policy, supervises numerous commercial banks and provides a variety of financial services to depository institutions and the U.S. government.
