Kount CEO Bradley J. Wiskirchen has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Salt Lake City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Wiskirchen has been a Member of the Board since 2010 and succeeds Scott L. Hymas, Chief Executive Officer, R.C. Willey Home Furnishings, LTD. who is retiring from the Branch's Board after serving as a Director since 2007 and as Chairman since 2010.

Mr. Wiskirchen is currently Chief Executive Officer of Keynetics Inc. and its subsidiary Kount Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Click Sales Inc. in Boise, Idaho. Prior to joining Keynetics Inc., he was a Partner in the law firm of Holland & Hart LLP, Boise, Idaho.

Active in community affairs, he is currently serving, or has served on numerous educational, corporate advisory, and boards of directors, including St. Luke's Regional Medical Center, Strategic Initiatives Committee; Suicide Prevention Action Network of Idaho; Boise State University College of Engineering Advisory Council; Public Affairs Committee, Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry; and Notre Dame Club of Idaho.

A native of Boise, Idaho, Wiskirchen received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brigham Young University. He also received a Juris Doctorate Degree from Notre Dame Law School.
