MADRID, Jan 20 (Reuters) - A loud blast was heard in downtown Madrid, La Sexta TV station said on Wednesday without providing any further information.
Two witnesses also told Reuters they heard a loud explosion.
Smoke plume was observed in the neighborhood after the blast, the witnesses reported.
