European Commission Directorate General for Inte : Strengthening capacities of the RED Crescent Society of Kazakhstan and civil society organisations to contribute to local development in Kyzylorda region

The objective of the Action is to raise the effectiveness of the relationship between the civil society institutions and the Government and to expand the participation of the civil society institutions in the realization of development strategies. The specific objectives are to strengthen the capacities of the Red Crescent Society Kazakhstan (RCSK) to contribute to local development decision making and service delivery in the Kyzylorda Region; and to promote the role of civil society actors and citizens, and their participation in formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development policies, strategies.
