SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 29, 2014) - PlanetEcosystems today announced that Efficiency Vermont, Vermont's statewide energy efficiency utility, has launched a pilot project employing a set of consumer engagement tools from its P-ECOSYS consumer engagement technology platform. Chosen to enhance Efficiency Vermont's home energy services, PlanetEcosystems' web-service platform is designed to engage customers in learning about energy saving opportunities and provide them with actionable steps for reducing energy costs.

  • Consumer Portal: Includes planning tools for consumers to calculate and prioritize energy and water demand reduction actions and investments; consumer action tools with automated directories of qualified contractors, equipment vendors, financing options, and available and applicable rebates and incentives; and social networking tools.
  • Administrator Portal: Includes reporting tools to track and manage energy efficiency programs and performance, and to understand consumer behavior and responsiveness, as well as a system for content management and customer support.
