COMPLETION OF PLACING OF

CONVERTIBLE BONDS UNDER GENERAL MANDATE

Reference is made to the announcement of Echo International Holdings Group Limited (the ''Company'') dated 5 January 2018 in respect of the Placing of the Convertible Bonds (the ''Announcement''). Unless defined otherwise, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board announces that the condition precedent of the Placing has been fulfilled and the completion of the Placing took place on 23 January 2018. Convertible Bonds of aggregate principals of HK$10,000,000 have been successfully placed by the Placing Agent to not less than six Placees pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement.
