The masterclass has been designed with a focus on internationalising Australian tech companies, specifically aligned with the National Innovation and Science Agenda of the Australian Government.

About the Export Council of Australia

The Export Council of Australia (ECA) is the peak Industry body for the Australian export community. The ECA is the next exciting step in the evolution of the Australian Institute of Export (AIEx) which, for over 50 years, has had the interests of Australian exporters at heart. The ECA aims to equip Australian business with the skills and capabilities required to effectively and efficiently conduct profitable international trade, and is the voice for Australia's exporters.

About the Presenter: Christelle Damiens, Exportia

Christelle Damiens founded Exportia in 2006, shortly after she migrated from France to Australia. Prior to this, she had worked for six years in sales at IBM Paris. Christelle then made the decision to turn her back on a successful corporate career and return to her passion for international business.

Together with her team at Exportia they have taken dozens of Australian SMEs to the European market and specialise in supporting high tech businesses from various industries: IT, Biotech, Health, Electronics, Advanced manufacturing, CleanTech.
