OTC: DMMOY), announces to its shareholders and market in general that, in accordance with Art. 21-L, § 2th, of CVM Rule No. 481/2009, as amended, the Annual Shareholders' Meeting is estimated to be held on April 30th, 2019. Additional information regarding the aforementioned shareholders' meeting will be disclosed in due time by Dommo Energia.
