Daelim Wins Bangbae 6 District Housing Reconstruction & Maintenance Project

Daelim won the Bangbae 6 District Housing Reconstruction & Maintenance Project on December 10. The contract amount is KRW 273.2 billion (excluding VAT), and the complex consists of 15 buildings (3 floors underground, 21 floors aboveground) with 1,131 units in all.
The reconstruction district is subway Line No. 7 (Naebang Station) and Lines 4 and 7 (Isu Station) area. The transportation environment is forecast to be improved further when the Jeongbosa tunnel is opened in 2019. The district has an outstanding school district, since Bangbae Elementary School and Seomun Girls' Middle/High School are located around the area. The construction site is 818-4 Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and the project is slated to kick off in December 2018 and to be completed in May 2021.
