Villorba (Treviso), 27 Gennaio 2020 - DBA Group S.p.A., società italiana di consulenza tecnologica specializzata nella connettività delle reti e nelle soluzioni a supporto del ciclo di vita delle infrastrutture, comunica che, in data odierna, ha pubblicato sul suo sito internet (www.dbagroup.it, sezione Investor Relations) il KID relativo ai Warrant DBA Group 2017- 2021.

La Società si riserva di integrare e/o modificare il KID pubblicato, anche sulla base degli orientamenti che dovessero essere resi noti successivamente dalle competenti Autorità di vigilanza.

VILLORBA (Treviso), Genuary, 27th, 2019 - DBA Group S.p.A., the Italian technology consultancy company specialised in network connectivity and lifecycle infrastructure management solutions, communicates that today has published on its website (www.dbagroup.it, Investor Relations section), the KID relating to the DBA Group 2017-2021 Warrants.

The Company reserves the right to integrate and/or modify the published KID, also on the basis of the guidelines that should be let known later by the competent Supervisory Authorities.
