In reference to Current Report No. 01/2012 of 4 January 2012
on the Resolution of the Board of National Depository for
Securities (NDS) regarding the registration of category D and
F shares, the Management Board of ABC DATA SA announces that
on 16 January 2012 it received the Communication from the
Operating Department of NDS which stated that, in accordance
with the aforementioned resolution, on 17 January 2012 the
NDS will register 2,970,904 shares of ABC DATA SA. The
abovementioned shares will be designated with code ISIN
PLABCDT00014.
