  • Ecosystem: new partner program to help brands perfect last mile delivery and expand Convey’s ecosystem of delivery experience management providers in order management, transportation management, flexible warehousing, distributed commerce and more; inaugural members include leading carriers (EFW, Metropolitan), systems integrators and supply chain consultants (Sedlak), and best-in-class technology providers (Manhattan, Magento, FLEXE, ShipHawk).
  • Products: continuous improvements to Convey’s delivery experience management platform, including:
    • Delivery appointment scheduling that simplifies and improves the experience of scheduling large-item delivery for eCommerce shoppers while reducing operational costs. Early adopters have seen upwards of 47% improvement in transit time and 2.6x improvement in appointment booking speed, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Case Management for improved retailer and carrier collaboration resulting in more customer promises met or exceeded. Beta users have seen 4x faster issue resolution, improving outcomes and reducing costs.
    • Integration of customer data to fuel personalized delivery experiences, such as when a brand might choose to expedite delivery of VIP orders or tailor in-transit messaging based on Convey segmentation data.
