WIESBADEN- In November 2016, the construction prices for conventionally constructed new residential buildings (construction work performed at the building; including turnover tax) in Germany were up 2.2% compared with November 2015. In August 2016, as reported by the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), the prices increased 2.1% on a year earlier. Compared with August 2016, the prices for residential buildings rose up 0.4% in November 2016.

Concerning non-residential buildings, in November 2016, the prices were up 2.3% for office buildings compared with November 2015. For industrial buildings the prices rose up 2.2%. For road construction the prices rose up 1.3% compared with the corresponding month of the preceding year.
