Further to the announcement on 16 November 2011, the Company
advises that funds have now been received to allow completion
of the allotment and issue of 37,500,000 ordinary fully paid
shares (Shares) at an issue price of 8 cents per share,
together with 37,500,000 free attaching listed options
exercisable at $0.20 each expiring 30 June 2012 (Listed
Options), raising a further
$3,000,000.
The placement, arranged by Indian Ocean Capital Pty Ltd to
sophisticated and professional investors, was approved by
shareholders in general meeting on 6 January 2012. In
addition, the company will issue 12,500,000 Listed Options to
subscribers of the Tranche 1 placement completed on 22
November 2011 and 6,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at
$0.25 each expiring 3 years from the date of issue, in
partial satisfaction of placement fees.
An Appendix 3B in relation to the issue of securities will be
