Commercial National Financial : Bank Promotes Schaeffer and Ogle

COMMERCIAL BANK PROMOTES SCHAEFFER AND OGLE

Kevin D. Collison, President and CEO of Commercial Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Schaeffer to Vice President of Human Resources and Branch Administration and Benjamin Ogle to Assistant Vice President, Assistant Controller.

SCHAEFFER

Heather began her career with Commercial Bank in 1992 as a bank teller. She has worked in Human Resources/Branch Administration since 2011 and previously held roles in teller management/training, compliance, and security. In her position, she will continue to be responsible for overseeing all of the bank's branches and employees.

Heather recently completed the Human Resource Management School from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

In addition to her professional achievements, Heather plays an instrumental role in bank-wide employee participation and donations with Relay for Life, United

Way, Child Advocacy and various other nonprofit organizations in Barry, Gratiot, Isabella, and Montcalm counties. Schaeffer is a lifelong resident of Gratiot county and resides in Sumner with her husband, Trevor.

OGLE

Ogle began his career with Commercial Bank in 2013 as a Credit Analyst. In his new role, he will assist in preparing and reporting the financial activities of the bank.

Ben graduated from Central Michigan University with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 2011. He continued his education and received his MBA in 2012.

Ben is a past-president and member of the Alma Kiwanis Club and plans to further his community involvement. He resides in Alma.

Commercial Bank operates full service banking offices in Alma, Greenville, Hastings, Ithaca, Lake Odessa, Leslie, Mason, Middleton, St. Louis and loan production offices in East Lansing, Grand Rapids and Mt. Pleasant.
