Collier County FL : Road Alert Update - Jan. 26, 2018

ROAD ALERT UPDATE

This ROAD ALERT UPDATE was prepared by the Collier County Growth Management Department to inform the community about scheduled road construction and road maintenance projects along major roadways in Collier County where lane closures are planned or traffic flow may be affected.

COLLIER COUNTY CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE PROJECTS:

Collier Boulevard between Golden Gate Parkway and Magnolia Pond Drive - On Collier Boulevard between Golden Gate Parkway and Magnolia Pond Drive expect southbound traffic to be reduced from two lanes to one lane on Monday, Jan. 29 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting, as crews handle landscape maintenance. Lighted arrow boards, advance warning signs and barricades will be used to assist travelers in this area.

Nassau Street from Lee Street to Monroe Street (in Immokalee) - On Nassau Street from Lee Street to Monroe Street in Immokalee expect northbound and southbound intermittent lane closures, allowing local traffic only, beginning on Wednesday, Jan. 31 and continuing for approximately one week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting, as crews install new water lines as part of the Immokalee Water Line Replacement Project. Detour routes will be posted. Advance warning signs and barricades will be used to assist travelers in this area.

Monroe Street from North 15th Street to Lake Trafford Road (in Immokalee) - On Monroe Street from North 15th Street to Lake Trafford Roadin Immokaleeexpect northbound and southbound intermittent lane closures, allowing local traffic only, beginning on Wednesday, Jan. 31 and continuing for approximately one week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting, as crews install new water lines as part of the Immokalee Water Line Replacement Project. Detour routes will be posted. Advance warning signs and barricades will be used to assist travelers in this area.
