Achieved the transfer of the all Drive Group companies into Cobra Service Network Expired the option to sell Autonostop srl Varese, January 3rd 2013 - The Cobra Group announces that it has completed the reorganization within the Group, with the transfer of 100% EasyDriver Car Service SLU - active in drivers services and owned

100% by Drive Service SpA- to Cobra Service Network SA (see press release of December 18th and

August 1st , 2012).

The Cobra Group also informs that the option for the sale of Autonostop srl to Mr. Ludovico Maggiore has expired (Autonostop srl is held 100% by Drive Service SpA and active in the management services of courtesy vehicles). The preliminary agreement, signed on September 18th, between Drive Service and Mr. Maggiore is no longer binding between the parties (see press release of December 18th and September

18th , 2012).
