Integrity Solutions is launching a new research study – in collaboration with the Sales Management Association – focused on the core challenges to implementing coaching successfully in sales organizations.

The online survey looks to unpack key issues around coaching, including: why some organizations use coaching successfully to drive sales performance but many others struggle to make it work.

“Coaching is critical to sales success and high performing companies integrate it as a critical component, but too many organizations grapple with barriers or behaviors that hinder successful coaching,” said Mike Esterday, CEO of Integrity Solutions. “We want to uncover the winning formula for organizations that excel at coaching – and the specific hurdles, stumbling blocks, and disconnects at organizations that don’t,” Esterday added.

The 2018 coaching survey focuses on how organizations implement coaching, managers’ views of coaching, how often they coach, the processes and practices that are employed to deepen coaching, and the activities and desired outcomes for coaching. The survey is available until early February on the Sales Management Association website.

This new research builds on a 2017 study by Integrity Solutions and the Sales Management Association that showed how top-performing companies get a 20% boost in sales by focusing on developing passion, attitudes, beliefs, and the drive to achieve. The 2017 survey polled more than 200 global sales teams.
