Argentine lower chamber was debating on Wednesday a bill proposed by libertarian President Javier Milei to overhaul the South American country's economy that is buckling under high debt loads, inflation running at over 200%, and myriad capital controls to protect the Argentinian peso.
Milei faces a major challenge to push the bill through with his coalition only having a minority in both chambers, which means he has to win over allies.
