Winter Storm #2-03 -1:00 p.m.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. - January 17, 2017 - Waste Management continues to monitor the forecast and road conditions. At this time, there are no delays in trash, recycling, yard debris, or bulky item collection.

Residents that live along roads that are plowed are asked to please keep their carts and bagged yard debris out of the plowing area.

Updates on collections delays and cancellations can be found by visiting the Waste Management webpage at www.vbgov.com/wastemgt

As crews work to get all of the trash and recycling collected, the office staff and crews at Waste Management would like to extend their gratitude for the patience and understanding shown to them during this time. With 208 collection days on our calendar we inevitably encounter delays in service and we truly do our best to handle each situation and place the safety of our citizens and our drivers at the top of every decision we make.
