Moorpark residents may take advantage of a Ventura County program to purchase 50-gallon rain barrels at a special discount price of $75 (normally $122). Residents may order them on-line at www.rainbarrelprogram.org/VenturaCounty by January 28, at 11:00 p.m., and then pick them up on Saturday, February 3, at either of two locations:

    Ventura, CA 93009
