RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Medical & HealthCare Group Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Zhang Yi ("Mr. Zhang") resigned as an executive director and chief executive officer of the Company with effect from 17 January 2018 due to his other business engagements.

Mr. Zhang has confirmed to the Board that there is no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to his retirement that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would also like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Zhang for his valuable efforts and contributions to the Company during his tenure of service.
