(Stock Code: 379) COMPLETION OF VERY SUBSTANTIAL DISPOSAL

Reference is made to the circular of China Ever Grand Financial Leasing Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company") dated 16 December 2016 (the "Circular") in relation to the Disposal and the transactions contemplated thereunder. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

The Board is pleased to announce that all applicable conditions precedent of the Disposal Agreement has been satisfied and that the Completion took place on 5 January 2017.

Upon Completion, the Company will cease to hold any equity interest in the Disposal Company and the results of the Disposal Group will no longer be consolidated into the consolidated financial statements of the Company.
