On 22 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took decisions to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:
Telecom Invest, closed-end equity unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company StroyCapital, due to the transfer of rights and obligations to another management company under the fund trust management agreement;
Pancastor, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Svinin & Partners Management Company, limited liability company.
