Ms. Cantin attended Eckerd College in Florida, Holyoke Community College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, and Greenfield Community College in Greenfield, Massachusetts she earned her nursing degree, and later her Real Estate License and Real Estate Brokers' License.
With over thirty years as a nurse in both Massachusetts and Sarasota, Florida, Ms. Cantin decided to retire from Nursing and make a bold career change. In 2003, after moving to Port Charlotte, Florida, Ms. Cantin obtained her Real Estate License, and in 2006 earned her Real Estate Brokers' License. Soon after receiving her real estate license, Carolyn worked for Florida Golf Properties as a Broker Associate, ABR, and EPRO. Later in her career, she took a position with Century 21 Sunbelt; in 2010 Carolyn joined Floridian Realty Services and using her outstanding knowledge of South Florida's multifaceted real estate market, she was destined for success.
