Capital For Colleagues PLC - Wiltshire, England-based investment vehicle focused on employee-owned businesses - Notes that its investee Employee Owners Group Ltd agreed to the formation of the holding company Carpenter Oak Group Ltd. 51% in the company will be held by an Employee Ownership Trust, with 30% to be held by Capital for Colleagues. EOT, which previously held a 7.5% interest in EOG, has acquired its controlling interest from EOG's founding shareholders, it says. The new holding company will hold a number of businesses operating under the Carpenter Oak brand, which were previously held by EOG.
